What we're building toward
At More Than a Number- Behind Bars, Inc., we believe successful reintegration is only the beginning. Our long-term vision is to create opportunities that allow justice-impacted individuals to develop their talents, build financial independence, strengthen communities, and become leaders in their own futures.
As MTN-BB grows, we envision expanding our work through innovative programs, strategic partnerships, and community-centered initiatives.
The following initiatives represent our future vision and are not currently launched programs.
At More Than a Number- Behind Bars, Inc., we believe leadership is not defined by someone’s circumstances or past. Whether inside correctional facilities, in classrooms, or throughout our communities, every individual deserves the opportunity to discover their potential, develop their abilities, and become a positive force for change.
